One stand out this week was Pave’s CEO, Matt Schulman, sharing their analysis of the “GTM engineer” job title, looking at 10,000 companies worth of data. He wrote: “The trend is indeed pointing towards a rapid adoption of the new “GTM Engineer” position.”

• Moment (solving fixed income trading, recently raised $36M) is hiring for someone to join their GTM Strategy & Ops team (NYC)

• Traba (backed by Founders Fund and Khosla Ventures to redefine labor solutions in supply chain) is hiring for a founding GTM Systems Lead (NYC)

• Pendo (>$400M raised as they build a software experience management platform) is hiring for a GTM Engineer (SF / Raleigh, NC)

• Parter (AI for hardware teams, recently raised $5.5M) is hiring a GTM Engineer (NYC)

• Pyron (retrieval as a service for GenAI with >$100M raised) is hiring a RevOps & GTM Engineering manager (Remote, North America)

My favorite growth hack of the week:

• I interviewed Brian Swichkow a few weeks back (pod dropping week of 7/21), and he shared the best growth prank I have heard. He ran hyper targeted FB retargeting ads to only 1 person: his sword swallowing roommate. The copy: “Trouble swallowing pills? Does it seem ironic that swallowing swords is easy and then small pills make you gag?” The full story here
